Hosted by Composer-in-Residence Abigail Richardson-Schulte, each Talk and Tea presentation includes intriguing stories and musical examples throughout, providing insights into the lives and works of orchestral music composers.

In this episode, Abigail presents an introductory music theory talk on the most common musical forms. This talk covers binary, rounded binary, ternary, theme and variations, and rondo forms, as well as the structure and function of Sonata Form with examples played at the piano.
