For 140 years the Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra has been at the heart of our performing arts community shaping our region’s cultural landscape. Throughout this period, we have been staging high quality, inspirational and inclusive live performances inspiring our audiences to open their hearts and minds to the world.
We share music widely with free live music events across the region in libraries, schools and community centres, helping citizens, music lovers, musicians, families, children and youth to bridge the gap between cultures, backgrounds and identities.
Today, the HPO is deeply woven into the fabric of this region and as we look to 2025 and beyond, we are deepening our commitments to creativity, community wellbeing and artistic excellence.
