Members of the Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra are invited to attend our Annual General Meeting.This meeting will be held online by zoom, on Thursday, November 26 at 4:30pm. All members will receive the link to join this meeting at least 15 days before the meeting date. The purpose of this meeting is to present the audited statements of the 2019-20 Season, approve acts of the board of directors and confirm the slate of board of directors for 2020-21.
