Welcome back to the concert hall!

Our highest priority remains the health and safety of our audiences, musicians, and staff. The following policies and procedures are informed by municipal and provincial public health recommendations to create a safe environment for all. We are continuing to monitor the public health situation in Hamilton and these policies are subject to change without notice.

Seating Capacity

Seating in the concert hall is at full capacity.

Proof of Vaccination

We are no longer requiring HPO patrons to present proof of vaccination, though we strongly encourage those who can get vaccinated to do so. Learn how to get your vaccine in Hamilton here.

Facemasks

While we encourage patrons to wear facemasks, they are not required.

GUEST REQUIREMENTS

Stay home if you are ill

Stay home if you have COVID-19 symptoms, have been in contact with someone known to be infected with COVID-19 within the last 14 days, or if you are subject to quarantine. For ticket options, please contact Patron Services Manager Heather Hollis at  boxoffice@hpo.org or 905-526-7756. Please note that ticket and concert exchanges must be done in advance of the performance that you are unable to attend.
