Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the board of directors of the Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra has made the difficult but prudent decision to cancel the remainder of the 19-20 Season.

The HPO brings down the house with a special matinee performance of Beethoven’s monumental Symphony No. 9. Guest artists the Bach Elgar Choir, Georgetown Bach Chorale and Grand River Chorus along with an impressive lineup of soloists join the orchestra for Beethoven’s ever-popular Ninth Symphony, which concludes in the choral finale featuring the iconic Ode to Joy.

This special one-hour matinee performance of Beethoven Nine includes complimentary pre-concert coffee, tea and refreshments.
