Exchange Policy
Live concert exchanges
The HPO will perform ticket exchanges up to 48 hours prior to the concert you hold tickets for. Exchanges are free to subscribers and cost $6 per ticket for single-ticket buyers.
Exchanges are subject to availability. The HPO cannot guarantee the same seats for exchanges but will provide the closest seats available.
Exchanges can only be made for concerts in the same season.
Tickets for past performances cannot be exchanged or returned for a tax receipt.
The HPO will exchange one ticket for each ticket you wish to exchange. If a new ticket costs more than the ticket you previously held, you will be charged the difference.
Delivery method for new tickets
Once you have completed the exchange, please destroy your original tickets as they will no longer be valid.
- Email: Print your ticket at home, or present the ticket electronically on concert night.
- Mobile tickets: Add your tickets to your Google or Apple wallet.
- Mail: If the ticket exchange is at least 10 business days before the concert, we can mail your new ticket(s) through Canada Post.
Refunds
Sales of concert tickets, concert packages, gift certificates and service charges are final. There are no refunds unless a concert is cancelled by the HPO following health and safety recommendations.
If a concert on sale to live audiences is cancelled due to health and safety recommendations, exchanges and refunds will be offered.
Lost or Misplaced Tickets
If you lose your digital concert tickets, contact the HPO Box Office by phone at 905-526-7756, or by email at boxoffice@hpo.org.
