Welcome back to the concert hall!
As we return to live events, our highest priority is the health and safety of our audiences, musicians and staff. The following policies and procedures are informed by public health recommendations to create a safe environment for all.
Seating Capacity
At our Mainstage concerts at FirstOntario Concert Hall, we continue to maintain distance between households. We will be seating guests in every other row with an empty seat between each party.
Proof of Full Vaccination
All guests 12 years of age and older, employees and event staff will be required to provide proof of full vaccination.
Attendees must present a government-issued photo ID and proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, meaning the full series of a Government of Canada accepted COVID-19 vaccine or combination of accepted vaccines, received at least 14 days prior to the day of the concert. |

For those not fully vaccinated due to human rights exemption: A negative COVID-19 test result (PCR or antigen) from a healthcare provider taken within 48 hours of the concert’s scheduled start time must be presented. Self-administered at-home tests will not be accepted. There is no COVID-19 testing on-site. Please contact us prior to the concert. |

Please note there will be no intermission at our concerts.
Each performance lasts approximately one hour. |
GUEST REQUIREMENTS
Masks are required at all times indoors. Please bring a mask to the concert.
Masks are required, regardless of vaccination status, unless you are otherwise exempt from wearing a mask due to a disability, as defined by the Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
Wear a mask with two or more layers. Wear the mask over your nose and mouth and under your chin. Masks will be available upon request. |
Stay home if you are unwell
Stay home if you have COVID-19 symptoms, have been in contact with someone known to be infected with COVID-19 within the last 14 days, or if you are subject to a quarantine.
